We welcome you to Zakynthos, the beautiful island of the Ionian Sea in Western Greece. The island is also known as Djade.

Villa Panmar can be rented either as a whole or individually since it has 2 independent apartments.

Only 250 m. from the beach of Agios Nikolaos which is sandy with shallow and crystal clear waters.

Villa Panmar is a holiday home 2 apartments just a distance away 250 m. from the beach of Agios Nikolaos. The ground floor apartment (75 sq.m.) has a seating area, dining room and open plan kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The whole area is framed by large terraces.

The upstairs apartment(60 sq.m.) has a kitchen, dining room, living room(with the possibility of use as a 2nd bedroom) and a large bedroom. The balconies (west) and the large terrace (east) offer freely the view of the green area.
